Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to have your personal data deleted from CloseMaster, operated by SPACE B CO., LTD. It covers both people who chatted with a business through Facebook Messenger or LINE, and businesses that use CloseMaster. See our Privacy Policy for what data we hold.

If you chatted with a business on Facebook or LINE

The business you chatted with controls your data on CloseMaster. You have two ways to get it deleted:

Option 1 — Ask the business

Contact the Facebook Page or LINE account you chatted with and ask them to delete your data. They can remove your contact record, conversation history, and any uploaded payment slips from their CloseMaster workspace.

Option 2 — Ask us directly

Email support@closemaster.aiwith the subject “Data Deletion Request” and include:

• the platform you used (Facebook Messenger or LINE);
• your display name on that platform (as it appeared in the chat);
• the name of the Facebook Page or LINE account you chatted with; and
• approximately when you chatted with them.

We will verify the request, delete your data, and confirm to you by email within 30 days.

What gets deleted

• Your contact profile (name, profile picture, phone, email);
• your platform identifiers (Facebook PSID / LINE user ID);
• your full conversation history and AI-generated summaries; and
• payment slip images you uploaded.

If you completed a purchase, the business may be legally required to retain basic transaction records (for example for tax purposes); those records are kept only as long as the law requires.

If you connected your Facebook Page to CloseMaster

1. To stop CloseMaster’s access to your Page, go to Facebook Settings → Business Integrations (facebook.com/settings?tab=business_tools), find CloseMaster, and click Remove. This revokes our access tokens and stops all data collection from your Page.
2. To delete the data already stored in CloseMaster, delete the channel or your workspace inside the app, or email support@closemaster.aifrom the email address on your account with the subject “Delete my workspace”.

If you have a CloseMaster account (Merchant)

Deleting your workspace (organization) permanently removes all of its data: connected channel credentials, contacts, conversations, messages, orders, payment records, knowledge documents, and stored files. You can request this at any time by emailing support@closemaster.ai from your account email.

Timeline

• Deletion requests are completed and confirmed within 30 days.
• Residual copies in encrypted backups and file storage are purged within 90 days.
